Angela is an experienced manager of public and voluntary sector business services, primarily within a children and family social care setting. She demonstrates a strong track record of managing change, enhancing business processes and delivering projects   A CIPD qualified coach, she is known for coaching and developing talent within operational teams and for successfully developing first and second line managers.

Angela's 20 years of management experience incorporate business management, change management & transition, key staff development and project management. She brings a solution focused approach, external perspective and varied experience to achieve positive outcomes and transfer knowledge and skills to the client's internal team. A member of the Interim Managers Association Institute, her areas of specialism include:   

• Helping organisations to plan for and manage change positively and to identify options, solutions and resources required to gain effective engagement from their staff
• Supporting the development of new work areas or business processes, so that day to day operations can still be effectively resourced
• Undertaking review, evaluation and development of existing systems to better support the ongoing position of the business.
• Identify the organisational implications of a change programme and manage transition into new roles, responsibilities and structures.

In recent years Angela has worked with smaller organisations to assist them in benefiting from the change and project management techniques used across the public sector. She is currently a business coach with David Hale Business Gold, which offers a coaching support programme to small business owners.
